| Our Orphanages Many orphanages in Bulgaria participate in One Heart Bulgaria's Sponsorship Program which provides children with some of the most basic needs, such as healthful food, hygiene supplies and basic medical care (learn more about sponsorships). Additionally, all of our orphanages have special needs not covered by sponsorship donations that can be met through the Special Projects program.
